Ok so the South African and Botswana can talk a little tough given the
relative good economies they have but vowing to compel G20 members to
give more is nuts!
Why would countries who are suffering under their own economies give
more?! I just don't get the logic here, you are begging for their
money and on top of that you want to somehow force them to do it?
Its also quit obvious that the IMF, WB, WTO...etc are tools used by
the rich countries that founded them in the first place but on the
other hand they fund a majority of these organizations, so if you are
paying the majority share shouldn't you be have a majority say in what
happens to your money?....yes the processes and policies need to be
fair but come on this is the real world!
I'm tired of so called African leaders constantly begging and yet they
do very little if any to advance Africa by developing their own
people!
There is no country or region in the world that has become successful
by begging, if half of the energy that is spent on begging was spent
on developing our people, we would be far from where we are.
There are millions of Africans that live and work abroad, they have
the talent, knowledge, experience, will and money to help advance
their homelands but too often leadership to take a hold of this
opportunity is lacking.
It's one thing ask for help and its another thing to be a seasoned
beggar!
