New issue 3444 by aleksi...@gmail.com: Server SSL certificate gets
invalidated without warning
http://code.google.com/p/k9mail/issues/detail?id=3444

What's going wrong?

The SSL certificate associated with the incoming mail server gets randomly
invalidated, causing mail fetching to stop without notification.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter an account using SSL (in my case, IMAP account)
2. Wait for LogCat to start getting flooded with certificate errors from k9
3. Try to check mail on K-9 and then on another client to verify newest
emails not appearing on K-9

What do you expect to have happen?

K-9 will retrieve and show new incoming emails.

What do you see instead?

No new emails, no errors.

What version of K-9 are you using?

3.801

Is your email account a POP account, Exchange Account or an IMAP account?

IMAP

Can confirm same issue on K9 3.802. After accepting my imap servers
self-signed SSL cert, the account syncs the first time, then never again,
with no error messages, or warnings indicating a problem.

Hello,

In addition to starring this bug report (confirm this error on K-9 v5.006
IMAP), I have reformatted the original poster's text with some simple regex
find/replacing and attached it as k9log_formatted.txt.
