Please provide more information if this is still an issue with a recent
version of
K-9 Mail.

I can't connect at all - I have tried every possible scenario listed in the
Wiki and nothing. I have even had my IS guys work on this issue and they
can't get a connection. I have tried, Galaxy S standard mail client,
Profimail, and Maildroid and they all connect easily without issue.
Attached is my alogcat file.

For me the proposed solution is also not working. I get error 401. But no
problems when using the stock app or on other phones (iOS, WebOS).
Will there be any update solving connection issues?
Hey I found a workaround how to solve that - as exchange username I entered
my email-address - voilla it works :-)
OK it seems that K-9 isn't an application I can use for productive purposes
- yesterday I was able to send&receive from my corporate's exchange server,
today I won't receive new mails without any specific error message. And
sometimes I can send mails, sometimes not. Weird. Same settings, no
changes....
Well, this is dissapointing. All I get is go to the wiki to learn how to
set up your k-9. Nothing works, NTLM authentication is how it is set up.
Every other client seems to connect without issue.
I have the same issue. I've tried as many different configurations as
possible, and I either get the cannot connect to server, or incorrect email
and password. The connection works flawlessly on the HTC app (which sucks
since I can't type horizontally with it)

I am working with the devs over at MailDroid since I can't seem to get any
help here. I have posted several times about K9 not connecting to
exchange. Hopefully they will figure it all out in the end. Good luck
everyone.
I have the same issue. No way to connect to my Exchange server (2003).
Otherwise this app gets very good reviews, pity I cannot try it out.
