What's going wrong?
Starring an item in the unified inbox with the star icon on the right isn't
possible, because the scrollbar is above of the stars and the touch input
will be recognized as touching the scrollbar.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open unified inbox with enough mails in there to create a scrollbar
2. Star any item with the star icon
3. The inbox will now scroll down

What do you expect to have happen?
The mail getting starred.

What do you see instead?
The view scrolling down as if I would move the scrollbar to the position I
just touched.

What version of K-9 are you using?
4.801

What is your device and what version of Android are you using?
Nexus 4, Android 4.4

Is your email account a POP account, Exchange Account or an IMAP account?
3 imap accounts

What else should we know?

This is true for all message lists (mailboxes and search results).

The scrollbar gets invisible after some seconds (fade out to the right) ,
but it is still active in front of the list, here in front of the stars.

(Nexus4, Android 4.4.2, k-9 4.802)

There is a very small window of star activation between selecting the email
item and selecting the scroll bar location. My guess is there are only a
few pixels where those regions don't overlap, but it is extremely difficult
to touch that star region with a finger.8

This issue is beyond infuriating, as I see it has been pending for a year
already I will have to quickly uninstall this again. Is this app still
being maintained?

This is still a problem on the current version of K-9 (5.004) and has
already been stated, it's a frustrating bug.

I very recently got m switched phones from an HTC EVO 4G LTE to a Nexus 4.
While using K-9 on the EVO for more than a year, I can't recall this being
a problem. Since getting the Nexus 4, I've been frustrated to no end. They
both run the same CyanogenMod 12 OS by the way.

This bug is still not fixed in 5.006. Nexus4, 5.1.1
