Kein automatischer Sync mehr / No automatic sync anymore

Hallo,

seit kurzem habe ich ein Nokia 7.2 mit Android 9. Obwohl ich die Einstellungen von meinem alten Samsung S5 übernommen habe, funktioniert die automatische Synchronisation nicht mehr richtig. Genau genommen funktioniert sie nur noch, kurz nachdem ich an den Kontoeinstellungen irgendetwas verändert habe, aber dann nur etwa fünf Minuten, oder wenn das Handy aufgeladen wird. Ansonsten kann ich Mails nur manuell abrufen.

Read through the recent arcives. There are a number of solutions. I like the one where you put one of the K-9 widgets on any page/screen. That will keep K-9 awake/active for you.

Das mit den Widgets hat nichts gebracht. Aber ich habe einfach die Energie-Optimierung ausgeschaltet. Hätte ich auch gleich drauf kommen können.

Aber vermutlich werde ich demnächst trotzdem die App wechseln, da ich gesehen habe, dass es schon seit einem Jahr nicht mal mehr ein Sicherheitsupdate gab.

The widgets did not work. But I just turned off energy optimization. I could have come straight to it.

But probably I will change the app anyway, because I have seen that there has not even been a security update for a year.

Hallo,

habe vor ein paar Minuten festgestellt,.dass auch bei mir die Pushbenachrichtungen, bzw -Abruf nichtvmehr funktionieren.

Auf dem selben Smartphone (OnePlus6), mit den selben Einstellungen mit denen es die letzten Wochen noch ohne Probleme funktioniert hat.

Wurde durch einen anderen User in einem XMPP Chat überhaupt erst darauf aufmerksam?

Spinnen die Server? Wurde etwas verändert?

Eneergieoptimierung ist für Mail und Messenger bei mir schon immer ausgeschalten und alle Pushbuttons aktiviert.

Weiss da jemand mehr, oder kann man das an die Entwickler weitergeben?

Eine Email kam mit dem Verweis auf dieses Forum zurück...
