Sent also shows "(Sent)" (at least here). The INBOX is quite obvious:
it's always the first folder shown.

Well, I just use thunderbird and it only shows the localized version of
the folder, and that's not a good idea either when I have to find the
real folder name on the server (talking about imap here).

You create a folder with whatever name then, in the account settings,
folder setting, you assign a purpose (sent/archive/spam/drafts/etc.) to
a (previously created) folder of your choosing. So, sorry, there's no
way to have a folder with a blank name.
