Web links don't load?

Since the latest update, I get an links fail with

Web page not available

The web page at https://www.spectator.co.uk/2019/11/..../ could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_CACHE_MISS

Hmm, works on mobile phone OK, doesn't work on Nexus 7 tablet, older version of Android ?

Android 6 Nexus 7

Might you be behind a proxy of some kind?

Both phone and tablet on same WiFI.

In the prior version, didn't have this issue.

So, email has a link, if I click on link, get the error, but, if I long press link, get popup, it will open the browser and open the link in browser, it just won't do inside email.
