How does one print an e-mail in K-9 through Lollipops printing service?

I feel kind of stupid for having to ask this, but I can't figure it out.

I'm running CM12.1 with K-9 v.5.007 and there simply seems to be no way to print an e-mail locally!

In the normal mail app that came with CM, I just press the menu button, select "Print" and get a nice preview, can select the printer from a dropdown list and send the printjob on its merry way. It uses the new Android 5.0 services, like Chrome and Firefox do, too.

With K-9, I can't seem to find a button for it. And Google didn't find anything either. Only old stuff relating to Cloud Print and similar services, but nothing recent. The FAQ and the manual in the GitHub wiki don't mention it either.

I don't believe it has support for the Android-5+ print service (but
it should). With my Android-6 device, selecting the <<- arrow on a
message (for reply ... share) and selecting "share" gets my
lan-based printer's print app which works well for me, but that's
old-style.

Just to confirm: @Richard's approach is still the way to print in 2021 on a Galaxy S10 with Android 11. My K-9 is at v.5.600 now.

It works with my Brother printer and Brother iPrint&Scan installed. There is still no obvious support for Android print service.

Anyway. I'm still happy with K-9.

I just looked at my Moto e5 Play <<- button - Share - Choose Sender - ... I don't see any way to print. I did look at Aqua Mail and was easily able to find my WiFi printer. O'd prefer to stay with K-9.

Hmm. I have same version of K-9 on Android 7. Trying to print from K-9 using Share > Samsung Print Service just tells me the email in question doesn't exist.

BTW, Brother's printer software doesn't work at all. It can't find my Brother printer at all.
