Meeting Notes

To all the blessed servants,

Happy New Year to everyone and wish this year will be filled with great blessings to the servants and the children. As we know, we are going to have many new activities. Please review the points below that we discussed today.

1.  Nadia suggested to give all the kids a copy of the Coptic months so they would learn their names in order.So next week each child will receive a copy.
2. Ebram Rizk will be teaching the children the Coptic alphabet. We need your suggestions and opinions if you would like to cancel the songs this year so we would keep teaching the children Coptic every week.
3. We will be having Clean Day on the last week of every other month and there would not be a lesson that week.
4. All the parents will receive a notice about all the new activities this year.
5. George asked all the servants to bring their notebook with them to Sunday School so he would teach all the servants how to prepare the lessons.
6. Starting next week we will gather together to have servants bible study. 
7. Starting next week there will be a servants donation box.
8. Therese is still waiting for your opinion on picking good places to take the children on trips.
9. ALL SERVANTS ARE ORDERED (FROM GEORGE) TO ATTEND THE BARBEQUE FOR THE SERVANTS ON SATURDAY STARTING OUR DAY WITH THE BLESSED LITURGY. GEORGE SAID IF YOU ARE NOT GOING IT WILL COUNT AS YOU BEING ABSENT AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PRIVLEDGE TO GO TO EGYPT!    LOL                                       
10. Finally please think about new birthday gifts to all the children
