Elementary Maker space budget

Hello folks, I am looking for your input for budget recommendations for starting a lab.  It's our second year, and based on the success we have seen in our first year, we want to expand.  

We know we will add a laser cutter, a mill, lathe, hand tools, etc. We are planning on using acrylic to bases many of our projects.  Based on these machines and our intention to use Mico-processors, acrylic, soldering, I know my budget will be approximately 40K range.  

I would love to hear from you!  Tell about what your budget, or if there any resources you have used to help build your budget.  I know FabLab has a budget list, and it an extensive and helpful one.
