Hi all -

Anyone have firsthand experiences with UV resin printers?

Question 1: What are the ventilation needs? For example, we do not vent our PLA printer farm, but we do use a filter for our Glowforge & desktop injection molding machine. I've had my eye on UV resin printers for a while, but I don't want to end up in the same situation as my old Saturn Elegoo Mars 2 resin printer (no good ventilation set-up, toxic resin, so we basically don't use it).

Question 2: Any personal favorites / advice? I've been watching eufyMake for a while, but this summer I was introduced to the XTool Omni printer. Of course the demos are extraordinary, but does anyone have personal experience using one? Anyone use it with kids?

I'd appreciate any insights you have to share - thank you!

They're more of a painter than a printer. I have seen demos of both a few time and ordering one soon. They are both amazing but we have some xtool stuff already so we are going with the omni. I got to make some stuff at a vendor demo. The software is pretty great and easy. It also does tshirts and film. I am not a fan of resin printers. Too much garbage.

Best,
