Hello fellow Picademy colleagues!

I hope you all are staying safe and healthy during these strange and uncertain times. I wanted to reach out to share an upcoming virtual opportunity to connect and share with other computer science educators!

The non-profit I work with, Code Savvy, is hosting a free digital PD event related to K12 computer science ed on Saturday, May 16th from 9-11:30am, CT -- the MNCodes Digital Computer Science Ed PD & Meet Up event. Hosted by MN educators and open to the world!

We see this event as a chance for K-12 and community educators who are interested in computer science education to come together to connect, learn and share around topics of mutual interest, including Maker Ed and Physical Computing during times of distance learning!

The event will include a plenary speaker, David DeLiema, speaking on Debugging and Productive Failure, breakout sessions, discussions, Q&A, resource sharing, and PRIZES!!!

We would love to include you and your colleagues in this event -- please feel free to share with anyone who might be interested! Click here for more info and to register!

We believe we are stronger together! Let's come together to learn and share, and to keep the momentum for CSforALL going during these unprecedented times!

All the best,

Andrea
