Has anyone used the Ferret series 3D scanner from Creality? Reviews are very mixed but the price is good, and some of the problems seem to be getting fixed by software updates.

I was happy with the Kinect/Skanect combo for a long time but the Kinect has stopped functioning. I also loved the Kinect/Processing possibilities and would love to hear if anyone knows of any scanner that can interface with Processing now.
