Hi!
We have a really exciting event coming up called MakerBot Makeathons and we were curious if anyone in this community would be interested in attending. I am attaching a flyer if you want to share it in a public location!
Background: Educators are using technology (including 3D printing) to engage with students in exciting new ways. We want to connect all star educators, industry experts and anyone else interested to collaborate in developing lesson plans and activities that link STEAM concepts with making technologies like 3D Printing.
Dates for the Makeathons:
NYC: May 21-22, 2016
SF: June 4-5, 2016
Chicago: June 11-12, 2016
Washington DC: June 18-19, 2016
Denver: June 25, 2016
Our partners include SOLIDWORKS, Sphero, and Ozobot, to bring great technology to educators in addition to 3D printing. You can view the announcement here.
