question for Glowforge users

My school's Glowforge has been working well all year. This morning I went to select plywood as the material for a cut, and the screen went blank white. I refreshed the page, restarted my web browser, cleared the cache, tried a different browser, restarted my laptop, tried a different laptop, and asked a colleague to login from their device to no avail. WHile we can get to our Dashboard and open up any design, the screen goes  blank each and every time we try to select material. 

I am hopeful that the support team will soon reply to my request for help . In the meantime, if you have a Glowforge, can you open a file and try to select a material to see if this happens for you? Since the Glowforge can only be used via their web app, I'm trying to determine if their app is glitchy today or if there is something going on with some local network setting...

I have heard that a workaround is to take the QR code off from proof gray material, and then adjust the settings accordingly.

We had the same issue and it appears to be resolved now ...

It appears as though the issue is fixed! I had to clear my Chrome Cache (found under settings) and then quit and restart the browser. The list of materials now appears. See below for more information.

I'm sorry for the recent trouble while using the Glowforge App. Our team investigated and found a problem that caused a blank or white screen when trying to select material. I'm happy to share that the problem has been mitigated and you should be good to go now!
 
If the trouble is still occurring when in a design at app.glowforge.com, you may need to refresh your browser window or clear your browser cookies and cache before trying again. If you still run into trouble after refreshing and clearing the cache and cookies, please let our team know and we'll be happy to help.
