Hello Makers, A group of early childhood teachers at my school are interested in designing sensory table lids for their IKEA bins they have in their classroom (see short description and photos below). I am working on a template for either CNC or laser cut to fit their ideas. Just curious if anyone out there has already done a similar project and may have file templates to share (this is a standard IKEA bin) or any versions of this that exist at your schools, as we come up with ideas for the activities.

Sensory Table Inserts

We have the little IKEA Filsat table with Trofast bins in my classroom. (I don’t know if you are onto this phenomenon but it is ALL OVER the early childhood blog world..) People now create these inserts that have activities on them and fit right into the bins.
