any advice for Rabbit lasers?

Hey folks,

Does anyone use Rabbit lasers? Working with a school to set theirs up, curious what folks are doing for workflow and if you have any tips for setup, maintenance, etc. Info seems sparse online.  

I'll be on site with the machine tomorrow but I'm trying to get a head start. Installed RDWorks from Rabbit and got a bunch of virus warnings. I'm not sure if they are able to buy a lightburn license but it looks like it might be the way to go?
