listing items in esc/p command

Hi

I need to format or design receipt invoice for listing line items. Currently i am managing listing with giving spaces but it does not looks good, see image - Receipt_Sample.jpg..
I also noticed i applied code for center text and then reset style but it continue listing even with centering.

Is there any sample in Esc/P Commands having default format of receipt like

Logo in center
Address in center
Listing properly with column separated and values fit to column
Total under to listing over
Thanks/Comments message in Center.

Please guide in this, your help would be great appreciated.
