in order to successfully close a gold bullion sale .

He will not abide by the so called industry or seller's  sale procedures..

*Step #1*
1. does the Seller *agree to sell via our Buyer Procedure?*
2. are they gold BARS?
3. is the gold *SKRs or the physical gold*  in custody at a major bank in *London or Hong Kong or USA or Switzerland*
4. is the gold 999.95%+ finesse or better 
5. is the gold LESS than 5 years old 

*Step #2* 
*BUYER PROCEDURE - GOLD*
- Seller Bank issues MT199 at NO cost to Seller
- Buyer Bank issues MT799 BPU for a maximum of $1Trillion *in the personal name of the Seller and via funds that are BLOCKED for the benefit of the Seller* 
- Seller Bank sends MT760 that is paid for by Buyer 
- Buyer Bank pays by MT103

*STEP #3*
Broker sends
- the first name and last name and 
- email address of the Seller. 
Our law firms will send our PURCHASE AGREEMENT to the Seller

close qoute.

SEE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING(MOU) attached hereon,.
