His statement reads:
We wish to purchase gold bars that are in custody in London and Hong Kong.
In London and Hong Kong our preferred custodian bank is HSBC.
We can purchase a minimum quantity of $500million (5MT of gold bars) to a maximum quantity of $1Trillion
(10,000MT of gold bars) per contract.
If you have gold in Switzerland, USA, Japan, Dubai or Singapore, we can only purchase a maximum of
$1billion (10MT).
Enclosed, are the terms of our offer :
1. The gold must be Hallmarked, 999.95% or better finesse and less than five (5) years old
2. we purchase at your asking price minus the discount
3. we pay in ten tranches that consist of ten equal installment payments over ten banking days
4. we only obtain ownership title, over the entire portfolio, upon paying the last installment payment
5. the sale is executed, via bank-to-bank SWIFT Brussels (not desk-to-desk). This requires the physical
GOLD, or, the gold SKRs to be in custody at a prime, top20 commercial bank in the world. The custodian
bank must initiate our purchase by issuing a SWIFT Brussels message (an MT199 sent to our bank)
6. PROCEDURES via bank-to-bank -
6.1Seller and Buyer complete and sign the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA )-6.2 Seller and Buyer lodge the SPA and (SPA) at their respective banks
6.3 Seller’s Bank issues MT199 (at no cost to the Seller)
6.4 Buyer’s Bank issues MT799 BPU
6.5 Seller's Bank issues MT760 (paid for by Buyer.
The Seller does not pay any bank costs or fees)
