Hope you are doing well by God's Grace.

I'm writing this to let you know that few of our volunteer's Blue Card is expired and due for renewal. So if your Blue Card is expired or expiring soon, please fill in the attached application form and give it to me with all the paperwork required for Blue Card submission. If your Blue Card is expired, you are not suppose to work with under 18s according to the QLD government regulations. You need to fill the form and submit it asap.

Another important matter is regarding the Child Protection Policy Statement. This statement need to be signed by each volunteer to work with under 18s according to the policies by the Australian Catholic Bishops' Conference (ACBC) and the Archdiocese of Brisbane. So kindly please sign this statement and hand over. Please take 2 copies and keep one for yourself. It contains all the do's and don't's while working with young people.
