Marriage & Career?

Sir,

I am worried about my Career and Marriage. My birth details are as under:

Date: 04/01/1980

Time: 2045 HRS

Place: SECUNDERABAD

My love affairs were not successful. Im not getting good marriage proposal and my kundali is not matching with any girl. Im having problem in my current job. However, Im working since last four years. There is no scope is seen in this job. 

When shall I get married and hows my married life?

When can I get a good job? or is there any better prospect in current job?

With these details pls tell me what should I do? Which stone shall I wear? or which remedy should I do if any for any planet?
