Hello

A 3year old child, named, Euone with a neck collar and tubes in and out of his little body, lies there battling to start living a normal life soon. Bed no 3, Ward 16 at ICU [Trauma] unit at Rashid Hospital.

This is how I saw little Euone, when I went to visit him last Thursday. Initially I wasn’t allowed to enter the ICU, but on request I was given special permission and so was able to see the baby. I spoke with Peter, his father who was at his bedside ever since he has been admitted. Mabelle, his mother was at work. Euone is not covered under medical insurance and hence they have appealed for financial support from whoever can help.

Please read the request made by the mother, Mabelle below. Her bank details are also mentioned. Like always, you have the choice of either transferring the amount directly to the bank, or hand over cash to them directly or through me (Roshni, Karamakanteen Volunteers Group). I would appreciate if you keep me in the loop either ways!

HELP EUONE

We are humbly seeking for your kind support in contributing any amount to cover the hospitalization cost of our 3 year old son Euone. He had an accident which resulted to Polytrauma (Cervical & Thoracic spine fracture, bilateral pneumothorax and spelenic contusion).

He is confined in Rashid Hospital since 6^th of March 2012. He has undergone spine operation and tracheotomy. He is now recovering but he needs to undergo a long term therapy as the movement and sensation of his lower extremities were affected by the contusion of the lower spine.

We would be forever grateful for any help that you could extend to our son.
