jx dialog - onResize (or onmove?)

HI All,

I would like to hide objects when resizing or moving the jxDialog.  

The onResize fires after the dialog is moved, is there a way to fire it when moving?

rather than onResize, have onResizing?

I think it would be reasonable to fire events beforeResize and beforeMove at the beginning of those operations.  Patches welcome via github pull requests!
