Hi All,

It came to my notice that not all of you are informing our HR, Ms. Kate, if you guys will be filing a leave or you will be absent or half-day on the said day. Worse, is that you guys don't even turnover things properly to your back up or colleague.

I will require all of you to now to inform/text Ms. Kate and me if ever you be absent on a said day. No excuses to not informing her or me on that. You can either text or call the office and inform her. No NOTICE means ABSENCE and a SANCTION!

Also, if you will all be absent you need to inform your colleagues or back up and  TURNOVER all said task assigned to you for the day. I will not tolerate task not being turnover to your colleague. NO TURNOVER, will be SANCTIONED!

We all need the system  to be fixed already and it must start with all the employees! Do your part and everything will follow! 

PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE!

Hi Ms Kate,

Please monitor these things and give them sanctioned. Giving you the authority to do that. Thank you!
