Does anyone know if there are plans to do an implementation of JSR-223
for Scala? I'd love to integrate Scala into one of my current
projects in its scripting capacity.

I haven't heard any word on Scala as a JSR-223 scripting language.  There are some hooks into Scala's compiler than one can make in order to shovel Scala in and get byte-code out at runtime, but nothing that's JSR-223 compliant.

Thanks. I found this. It might be helpful to others wishing to do
the same thing.
