January SJ meeting minutes.

I am sending you the minutes of the Jan 9 meeting and the outcome of tonight's session meeting.

Session tentatively approved out rummage sale on April 18 pending a possible conflict in the schedule and the specific purpose for the funds to be raised.

So session would like to know where we intend the funds to be disbursed.

In addition, I need to meet with Gianina in person to determine the timing with the pre-school's fundraiser which may be scheduled on the same evening.

Please, be thinking about where we would like the funds to go, and I will clarify the schedule with the office.
