Stream from Ampache ends early

I can't get any type of file to play from Ampache--either ogg or mp3.  The issue seems to be that the stream is ending prematurely and I have no idea why.  The progress bar in Just Player never moves off 0:00.  Here are some log entries from Ampache.

Viridian player also using the API interface works perfectly.  If anyone has any ideas on what to look for next in order to solve this issue, I'd sure appreciate them.
