Authentication problem

I'm working on a custom app using the Justin TV API. I used the code on this page: http://apiwiki.justin.tv/mediawiki/index.php/OAuth_PHP_Tutorial
to learn about the authentication process.
I used the code to setup an example I added my own Consumer Key and Consumer Secret that I got once I registered an application. I uploaded the files to my domain and I'm getting this error:

what am I doing wrong?
