JustinTV PHP OAuth authorization

I'm looking for someone who can help me. I'm cannot authorize on Justin trough OAuth. I'm try a several ways (native php way using pecl oauth extension) and PHP library (all data and files I've got from https://github.com/jtvapi/jtv_php_api and http://ru.justin.tv/p/oauth_php_tutorial) I'm always have got ERRORS in response: errorApplication not recognizedurl/oauth/authorize?oauth_token or 401 Bad request or "Error related to base signature string"). What's the HELLL!!??? That's api works?!!!!
