API Time Outs

Hello -
Been using the JTV Api for a year or so, with very little problems.
Lately, I've been getting these errors, The remote server returned an
error: (408) Request Timeout.
The main query I am running is stream/list.xml?Channel= and then
about 100 streams, all in one call.
Is 100 too many? Or is there an issue on JTV's side? Thanks for your
time.
