Just started looking on jtv api and realized that all required pages
to register a developer account are down. Is this due to technical
changes jtv is going through? If so, is there an ETA for api v2 and is
there a possibility to get an api key in between or doesn't it make
sense because of major changes?

thx for any info guys

Hey Milter,

We've been migrating the Justin.TV site to a different architecture. This will allow us to better focus on the the needs of TwitchTV and JustinTV separately. TwitchTV is what API v2 is - i.e. if you're building something with a gaming slant you'll want to use TwitchTV. JustinTV's API will stay the same / be migrated to a different setup in the future.

I'll try to get the api registration pages up ASAP. Thanks for the notice.

Cheers,

mike

I'm still having trouble accessing the registration page. Is it back up and running under the same link?

Hey Mike,

I'm still having problems trying to register my account as a
developer. Is there a new link to the developer registration page? The
link at http://www.justin.tv/developer/activate doesn't seem to be
working.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best,
Frank

Hi Frank,

I've no issue accessing: http://www.justin.tv/developer/activate - but perhaps I'm accessing from within our network.

Is anyone else having luck hitting this URL?

Cheers,

mike
