Job description
Responsibilities
• Develop, test and deploy custom fields/objects, forms, workflows, interfaces, records, and user roles to meet business requirements
• Own our implementation of Salesforce in all capacities (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Clouds, Social Studio)
• Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon our integrations with different systems
• Design, manage, and execute on Salesforce configuration projects of varying complexity to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day functions
• Create and manage complex workflow rules and data validation
• Develop and refine our Salesforce reporting functionality: prepare dashboards, pipelines, and other ad hoc reports for the field and executives
• Facilitate interactive meetings with technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements based on business needs
• Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for application users, keep materials up to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions
• Help identify, evaluate and drive adoption of processes and procedures that enhance the productivity and predictability of our business
• Evaluate and recommend other sales efficiency software to provide better automation and process improvement
• Support data integrity and data cleanup projects
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately
• Create and customize standard and custom objects including fields (including formula fields), page layouts, security rules, workflow and validation rules
• Develop custom report types, change sets, and permission sets as needed
Required Qualifications
• 10 years of experience, with 5+ years Salesforce experience
• 4-year College Degree
• Develop and maintain SFDC Visual Force pages, Apex classes & triggers
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates; ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests
• Ability to solve complex analysis problems in a multi-vendor environment
• Experience with data management, transformation, cleaning, and de-duplication
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence
• Strong project management experience
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with data migration, integration techniques, and tools
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (201)
• Salesforce.com Advanced Developer certification
• Salesforce.com Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Social Studio is a big plus
• CMS Knowledge: AEM/CQ5 like environment
• Experience with sales forecasting tools
