Technical /Functional Skills
Good understanding and ability to work on Oracle database, Unix scripting , SharePoint and Server logs
• Able to communicate and work with Oracle DBAs
• Able to communicate and work with Linux Admin
• Experience in Shell Scripting on UNIX & Linux operating systems and automation.
• Good understanding of server configurations and administration
Experience Required:
• Understand issues and drive root cause analysis and solutions
• Demonstrates ability to question and investigate technical experts for potential solutions
• Identifies multiple alternatives to resolve business needs.
• Considers impact of solution initiation or change; can link to communication plans. Coordinates testing and implementation activities.
• Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end-to-end view of the system
Roles & Responsibilities
• The candidate will work closely with members of multiple functional areas as well as business representatives in order to help define, streamline, automate and monitor business processes.
• Conduct detailed analysis of the application process on servers, recommend a solution to address process challenges, improve process visibility and automate end to end process
• Estimate the efforts required to implement the solution
