Job Specs :
This role requires 10+ years of Relevant Experience in Deployment, configuration, administration, support of CA and BMC tools. Windows/Linux, SQL basic skills are fundamental requirements.
CA tools include CA SPectrum, CA Netflow, CA Netvoyant, CA Introscope, CA Autosys and CA APM
BMC tools include BMC Remedy, BMC ADDM, BMC proactivenet performance monitor, Bladelogic, ATRIUM CMDB
Splunk tools
Specification and implementation of interfaces to other systems management solutions
Life cycle management for all above mentioned products.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills and ability to own escalated problems through to resolution
Good to have experience in other tools like HP network automation, MS SCCM, RHEL Sat, Flexera etc
Successful track record of taking enterprise tools products from concept to demonstrating product readiness.
Responsible for technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts (PoC), and full integration of new tools solution.
