Meeting time, meeting place

Folks,
We should meet early so we can line up with the runners.
There will be an entrance to Howard at Spear for those anticipating
1:40 or better. (That's a blazing 13-min mile pace.) From the looks
of the map we go up from Mission and Spear to Howard. They say they
don't want people to congregate on Spear. So if we all meet at the
1:40 sign would that work? It would mean getting there early enough
that you don't get blocked out at the Embarcadero station and have to
walk back from Montgomery (which happened last year). Is 7 early
enough?
