Hello Friends,
There is a hearing (not trial) on the Defendants' Motion for Summary
Judgment set for November 2, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the United States
District Court in Santa Ana (Judge Stotler).
We are asking our local friends to come support the Cho family. The
Court will decide on that date whether the civil case can proceed to
trial.
