Hello Everyone,
I'm happy to announce that Judge Stotler has denied the defendants'
Motion for Summary Judgment request. That means the judge does not
believe it to be an open and shut case in the cops' favor, that there
is disputable evidence on the table and that a jury needs to hear the
case.
The civil trial is set to begin on February 2, 2010 and is estimated
to go for 5-7 days.
