CIVIL TRIAL Starts Tuesday, February 2nd

The civil trial starts on Tuesday, February 2nd 9AM with jury
selection. Visitors aren't allowed until the afternoon of the first
day, after the jury is selected. Reserved court days are as follows:
Tues-Fri (Feb 2nd-5th) and Tues-Thur (Feb 9th-11th), 9AM-5PM.

From when the cops arrived to when they called back in to request a
medic was 41 seconds.

Orange County DA didn't press any criminal charges, stating that the
shooting is justified. I blame the regulations that are set up to
protect unintelligent, scared, trigger-happy police officers and the
unjust, racist group they have running that county. Police officers
are trained to pull out their guns if someone is holding a beer
bottle. They're also not trained in hand to hand combat and are
pumped with fear, watching video after video of cops getting fucked
up. How can anyone assess a situation clearly in 41 seconds?
I'm sorry that you weren't taught this and that I have to be the one
to break this to you, cops, but it is Not okay to take an innocent
life because you're a coward with poor assessment skills. NOT OKAY.
Not only did you take an innocent civilian's life, you took one of the
most beautiful souls I have ever known. There are innocent, disabled
children who no longer have an art teacher and beloved friend in their
lives because of you.
