Data Q - Average distance to hospital by census tract?

Hey y'all --

Does anyone have any datasets of average distance to hospital by census tract? It's straightforward enough to compute the euclidean distances, but it would be awesome to find something like the Pew article below, where they've already taken into account the road network and vehicle travel times:

For New York, which is still *draft* so the methodology could change, we used lists of federal and state hospitals and conducted our own road travel time analysis. 

We averaged travel times to the three nearest hospitals, recognizing that people may seek different facilities for different things.
