This seemed pretty simple to implement but maybe I'm missing
something.

My images appear to be broken but when I do a "view image" it appears
just fine on a separate page. Any ideas of what's up?

Thanks, Kathy

Hey Kathy,

Looks fine for me in FireFox. If you are using Safari, you might be running into the Safari Issue... See this:

I'm using Firefox on the mac.  Shows up fine in Firefox on windows.  It needs to work for everyone though so I'm assuming that regardless of who you are, you need to implement this fix since it doesn't really matter if *you* can see the images but rather the people trying to contact you.  Bummer.  I'll look into it.  Am I missing something or is that right?

For what it's worth, working in Firefox on the Mac here.

Still not here, but it doesn't really matter if it doesn't work for even one of my customers.  And I rebooted as well.

Sooo, is this what you refer to as a cname:

Description from my host:

A DS-ER is a Subdomain that works like an ER (External Redirection). For example, you might want to set up a subdomain of "external" (http://external.example.com/) which points to an IP address not located on the FutureQuest network.

The destination of the DS-ER has to be either an IP address, or a hostname (example: 192.168.0.1 or mail.example.com).

So, I'd need to get a DS-ER (verify.harmonyscents.com) from my provider and redirect it to verify.justhuman.com?  And replace that name in the javascript?

Thanks,
Kathy

Kathy,

Frankly, I've never heard the term "DS-ER" but from the description, it sounds like it might be a CNAME record. Give it a try and see if that works. When you have it set up, let me know and I can tell you if it is a CNAME or not.

Another issue that would make the images not show up in FireFox is if you have 3rd party cookies turned off in the FireFox prefrences under "Privacy". The "default" setting is to have 3rd party cookies checked which makes JustHumans.com work. However, if you do the CNAME record above, everything will work regardless of the 3rd party cookie setting in any browser.

Best,

-Anders
