We own a Vectrix electric scooter that stopped while I was riding down the road and will not start back up. It just died without notice. Does anyone have any information on this problem or can you suggest a service facility in the Chicago area? The location where we purchased it is no longer in business. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I believe that Ural of Chicago is a Vectrix dealer. They are in Clarendon Hills. 630-920-8882
