Find a used Genuine Buddy 150. It is the minimum size for CA freeways. In the Bay Area we have bridges and those are freeways. The Buddy can do 65 and is very light. Easy around town. I bought mine in Cleveland Ohio and rode it home to San Francisco. In 8000 miles nothing went wrong. Then someone stole it. Good luck!
