Here's the workout for tomorrow:
Short WU to bottom of Battle Pass hill
Hills and running combo:
2 x (hill rep at 7/10 pace, then 9/10 pace) right into
5 minutes out at 5/10 pace on flat-ish surface (Center Dr.)
5 minutes back towards the hill at 6/10 pace
2 x (hill rep at 7/10 pace, then 9/10 pace)
WHAT: Hills/Tempo Thursday, all paces welcome
WHEN: 6:30 AM
WHERE: Grand Army Plaza, at the stoplight at the center of the entrance to the park here
OTHER: No bag drop
