we need to decide for whom we r making this website. Patients/drs-
clinic
Accordingly we can have work flow

If we are targetting patients, My other suggestion is we can have
family e health card
Client will have to enter only age/sex/ current diseases of family
memebrs . Then we can provide range of services based on this info via
web/email/sms/ph call
