Party Crab Canapes

2 cans (7 oz each) crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp dried dill weed, crushed
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
party bread slices, toasted
sharp process cheese, cut in strips
Combine crab, mayonnaise, lemon, and dill in a bowl.
Gently fold in egg white. Spread on toast; garnish with cheese.
Broil 4-inches from heat until cheese melts.
Makes about 3 cups, 12 canapes
