Hot Crab Canape Pie

"This is great and is always a hit at every party."

1 pound lump crabmeat
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/2 (2-1/4 ounce) bottle capers, drained
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/2 teaspoon Accent
Dash Tabasco
2 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
3/4 cup grated sharp cheese
Crackers (for serving)

Mix together all ingredients except cheese and crackers. Put into a
10 inch Pyrex pie plate, spreading evenly. Cover with cheese.

Heat in a 350 degree F oven about 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture
bubbles. Run under the broiler a few minutes until cheese is lightly
browned.

TO SERVE:
Place pie plate in center of tray encircled with crackers.
