1 envelope (2.4 ounces) savory herb & garlic soup mix (Lipton)
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)
1 cup chopped pepperoni
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In one-quart casserole, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta, � cup of the
mozzarella and the chopped pepperoni. Sprinkle top with reserved � cup
mozzarella.
Bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.
Serve with garlic toast, breadsticks or crackers.
