Ugh. Again, Rapha...let's break this down, a moment, shall we? No helmet, or lights, at what appears to be dusk from the looks of the car headlights and shop/street lights. It's fine, tho, those pink Rapha cuffs are hi-vis enough. Riding in the middle of a one-way street despite what appears to be a bike lane (I get it, too close to those cars, don't want to get doored? the middle of the goddamn street is definitely safer). Good thing that Jag is giving him a generous berth, because, well, he's wearing Rapha, obviously! Or is that suggesting this dapper, sunken-cheeked gentleman could own/drive that Jag when he's not choosing to "experience his city" by bike?
