Managing Legal Resources in the Semantic Web
Law as Code: LegalXML Standards, Legal Analytics and AI

We analyze LegalXML standards such as the latest version of Akoma Ntoso,
and LegalRuleML.

We also delve into formal ontology and the semantic web to improve
artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) techniques
in support of the legislative process.

Finally, we apply symbolic, sub-symbolic, neuro-symbolic, AI and LLM to
annotated XML collections of legislative and case law documents.

Many concrete applications have been detailed by institutions and
administrative bodies (e.g., the European Commission, WHO, the European
Publications Office, the LEOS team, use cases in the United States, the
UK National Archives, etc.).
